• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of residential remodeling
• Solid experience in framing and trim carpentry
• Other related skills such as painting, sheetrock, tile, etc.
• Ability to help create and adhere to a job schedule
• Ability to schedule and oversee trade partners and site crew
• Ability to plan and organize job tasks
• Work within the allocated budget
• Motivated and goal-Oriented
• Coachable attitude, self-starter, able to communicate well
